The problem of dynamic systems (DS) development with respect to uncertain factors influence is considered. The analysis of DS decentralized description gives a possibility to create the procedure oriented toward uncertainties actions compensation. The noted compensation is proposed to be fulfilled using the results of DS functioning investigation for the case of subsystems behaviour interval models.
