Existence of concurrent relations between the immune and nervous systems for the receptor sites was shown as concerning the nervous and immune cells receptors to the same ligands, same hormone, lymphokine and monokine molecules are used for the signal transduction in internal and intersystemic regulation. Changes of the lymphocyte receptor system were evaluated in this study as the a risk factors of psychoneurologic and behavioral consequences development. Opiate, 5-leu-enkephaline, epinephrine, acetylcholyne receptors were studied. Flow cytometric studies were performed after 6-18h incubation with epinephrine, acetylcholine-chloride and naloxone.

Distinct changes of neuropeptide receptors were shown after radiation exposure. Stable correlations were shown between the clinical stage and prognosis of vegetative vasculatory dysfunction, encephalopathy and the enkephaline reception. Abilities to reveal the associative neuro-immune dependencies were shown on the base of neuropeptide studies. Vegetative dysfunctions exhibited the combination of decreased proliperative cell abilities after Con A stimulation and enkephaline receptor expression decrease as well as the transitory immune, defficiencies. A significant decrease of leu-5-enkephaline-enkephaline receptor complex bearing GO/GI cells was associated with the poor prognosis - encephalopathy and stable immunologic defficiencies development after radiation exposure. In the group of patients with narcomany lymphocytes opioid receptor studies showed the correlation with the narcotic addiction mid behavioral peculiarities. In leu-5-enkephaline (+) subset critical points were G0-Gl cells count decrease, in leu-5-enkephaline (-) cells S-phase fraction was diminished. Enkephaline function suppression was shown in mitogen activation assay. Positive correlations of leu-5-enkephaline, nor-epinephrine and the cross-expressed antigens were detected with the normalisation of the functional parameters of immune and vegatative nervous systems.

Comparative analysis showed the absence of neuropeptide receptor changes with the decrease of cell cycle entering lymphocytes after nor-epinephrine incubation tendencies in patients who used the pyrasolone and benzodiazepine drugs but didn't exhibit the drug dependency.

The investigation data showed that immunological markers could be the parameters of the objective risk evaluation concerning the clinical course and health and behavioral consequences development after irradiation and drug abuse. Naloxone assay seems to reveal the concurrence stage for opioid receptors in the disease progression. Cell surface immunophenotype changes (CD3,19, CD14,CD23, CD25) are of additional value.
