The cerebral hemodynamics status clinic - neurological and neuro - physiological estimation in the 80 patients - acute radiation syndrome (ARS) of I - II stage severity degree survivors, 450 persons - Chernobyl nuclear power plant (ChNPP) estrangement zone (EZ) voluntary workers since years 1986-1987, 236 persons working in ChNPP EZ since years 1988-1989, 98 persons-territories of strict radiation control residents and 93 - the Pripyat city migrants evacuated in 1986 was the present study research aim.
The carried out studies enabled to conclude the vascular cerebral pathology role, genesis and clinical run among several groups of survivors in dynamics that is of high scientific and practical significance in that pathology diagnostics, treatment, primary and secondary prophylaxis.
