Critical group of population for transuranic elements (TUE) are agricultural works, which work under comparatively high physical loads on polluted territory on the border of restricted zone( under sanitary-possible levels of soiling a surface of ground by isotopes TUE before 3700 Bq/m2) in conditions of strong dusting, and consequently, at maximum concentration of TUE in air. Contents of radionuclides in air depend on the type of agricultural activity and reaches of high values when functioning (working), in accordance with processing ground.

On calculations maximum value of effective equivalent dose, accumulated to 70 years at one-shot inhalation arrival of Chernobyl TUE for representatives of critical group of population forms 6-8 mSv. At influence of mixture of radionuclides a shaping the dose loads is defined by radiotoxic of radionuclides and their contents. At different time period after Chernobyl Catastrophe a contribution of different radionuclides in shaping of the dose loads was different. At first days following damages main contribution to dose of internal irradiating was defined by shotliving TUE (239Np and 242Cm), at present main role belongs to 241Pu, but through 100 years- to 241Am.

Accounting dose levels of internal irradiating an organism from the arrival TUE are less then levels, which can cause sharp nonstochastic changes in the organism, so biological action of inhalation of Chernobyl TUE will reveal in raising probability of stochastic effects.
