In the study is described a QQ-graph technique for studying technogene catastrophes in Russia from 1991 to 1996 (fires and explosions). Theoretical and practical parts examine Weibull, exponential, Gumbel, log-normal and other cases and approaches. The tales of statistics are also studied.
