This moderated e-mail list is for the purpose of discussing scientific (broadly interpreted to include economics, social sciences, and humanistic fields that bear upon knowledge of risk management) and technical issues surrounding the various aspects of risk assessment, risk management, and risk communication. The list also supports discussion on the policy implications of risk analysis and the risk analysis implications of policies and is available for the dissemination of announcements of a technical nature, such as symposia, publications, and available positions. Charles N.
