To extract the PDF file from the RHOMBERG.EXE file in Windows 95, first click START and then click RUN. If you are using the Program Manager in Windows 3.x, click FILE and then click RUN.

Type \DIR\RHOMBERG, where DIR is the directory where you placed the downloaded file. Then click OK.

The file RHOMBERG.PDF will be extracted to the default directory, which is usually C:\WINDOWS.
