Elron Software to Speak on Cyberliability at Upcoming Conferences |

BURLINGTON, Mass., Sept. 22 /PR Newswire/ -- Elron Software, a

speak about Cyberliability prevention at two upcoming conferences. Both
events will focus on the risks associated with e-mail and Internet usage
in the workplace.

Division, will be speaking this month in Boston at the Massachusetts
Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) seminar on "Bringing and Defending
Sexual Harassment Claims." In response to recent state and federal
legislation mandating employers to investigate sexual harassment claims,
the seminar will focus on how employers can most effectively deal with
this quickly growing issue. According to the MCLE, the explosive growth of
email and Internet use in the workplace has shown up in harassment cases
-- with e-mail messages, Web communications and graphics increasingly
coming into court evidence. O'Sullivan will also discuss how software
tools to monitor, filter, and report on Internet usage can help enforce an
Internet usage policy. Also this month, Elron Software will be speaking at the State
Government Technology Seminar (Canandaigua, NY) along with speakers from
Microsoft, IBM, Xerox and Time Warner. During this educational event,
