New Video Training Program on Risk Management Available. CRM Learning LP, a provider of video-based training programs designed to improve interpersonal skills and overall organizational effectiveness, has announced the release of a new program on risk management titled Risk Maker Risk Taker. Produced by Nicholas & Smith Pty Ltd of Australia and master-distributed in the United States and Canada by CRM Learning, Risk Maker Risk Taker integrates with AS/NZS 4360 and is compatible with Sarbanes-Oxley and new International Standards ISO26000 on Social Responsibility to be introduced in 2008. The video program features real events and actual footage of examples where the management of risk, or lack thereof, affected the outcome of the business decision, project implementation, or planned event. These examples, which include several American organizations, demonstrate the seven specific steps essential to the management of risk. Kevin W. Knight, chairman of ISO Working Group on Risk Management Standards, and Kimberly Turner, CEO of Global Risk Alliance, provide expert commentary to guide viewers through the process. The program also includes a reproducible study guide for training participants to work through exercises related to the seven steps.
