Dose Response Specialty Group will hold a mixer-seminar with the Ecological Risk Assessment Specialty Group at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, December 8. It will feature informal presentations on human health endpoints by Lorenz R. Rhomberg of the Harvard Center for Risk Analysis and on ecological endpoints by Lawrence W. Barnthouse of the ChemRisk Division of McLaren/Hart Environmental Engineering. The Dose Response group will hold its business meeting at 7:00 p.m., Monday, December 9. two-session symposium beginning at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, December
10. The symposium will open and close with panel discussions on
"Congress, the Courts, and Agency Risk Assessments" and
"Risk Assessment and Toxic Injury Litigation,"
respectively, and will include individual presentations on the
themes of regulatory innovations in risk assessment and of law,
policy, and risk assessment. The group will conduct its first
