| This site navigation and linking service (the system) for creating on-line communities, called rings, enables Internet users to find and link to a variety of unaffiliated host computers around the world that choose to link themselves by joining a ring on a particular subject. The system also allows people who already have web pages to create a ring, linking pages on a similar subject matter, or to join an existing ring on the system.
